Important Note on Fit

These are genuine wool lined leather mittens. Because the interior wool is thick, they will feel snug at first. This is normal. The wool will bed down and the leather will stretch slightly during the first few wears.

Measurement Guide

Measure the circumference of your dominant hand at the widest part across the knuckles, excluding the thumb. 

If you prefer a more relaxed fit, choose a size larger. Size Large also suits Medium.

Are wool lined mittens warmer than gloves? Yes. Mittens are warmer than gloves because fingers share body heat in one compartment. When combined with natural wool lining, this produces a strong warming effect that gloves cannot match.

Are these mittens waterproof? Nappa leather is naturally water resistant but not fully waterproof. They handle snow and light rain well. If soaked, allow them to dry at room temperature.
