Christmas 2025
Our workshop is closed for a well deserved Christmas break from Monday 22nd December and reopens just after New Years. Any outstanding orders, returns or exchanges are processed when we return.
If you have received a Nurseys Christmas gift in one of our red drawstring Christmas bags with tags, and you need a different size or colour, please email sales@nurseysheepskin.co.uk and we will do our best to find you an alternative. Unsuitable gifts will need to be returned to us by Saturday 17th January 2026 for an exchange.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please send it, unworn and with the tags still attached, to the address below along with the packing slip and keep your proof of postage.
Unfortunately we can no longer offer general exchanges so if you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund to the address below and then re-order via the website. Refunds can only be returned to the original payment card.
