Handmade in Suffolk Slippers
Nursey Sheepskin is a British, sixth-generation family business dating back to 1846. Every pair in our Signature Range is still cut and stitched by hand in our workshop in Bungay, Suffolk, using methods passed down through generations of the Nursey family.
Once delivered to our workshop, sheepskins are matched for colour and texture by eye and touch before being cut and hand-stitched into the finished slipper. We only use ethically sourced skins, a by-product of the food industry.
Five styles carry this "Handmade in Suffolk" mark
- The Waveney - our original moccasin slipper
- The Burton - a slip-on style for easy everyday wear
- The Fenland - our ankle-height boot slipper
- The Saxon - a soft-sole leather and sheepskin moccasin
- The Anglian - moccasin slippers with a plush sheepskin collar
Every other style in our range is carefully sourced from trusted UK suppliers to the same high standards, but only these five are made by hand in our own workshop.
