How do I find the right mitten or glove size?

Measure the circumference around your dominant hand, just below the knuckles, excluding your thumb. Compare that measurement to the sizing table on the product page for the style you're ordering - sizing varies slightly between our ladies, men's and children's ranges, so always check the table on the specific product you're buying rather than a different style.

What if my mittens or gloves are too big or too small when they arrive?

If a size isn't right, you can return the item for a refund within 28 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn and has any labels still attached. Include your order number or proof of purchase with the return. We recommend getting proof of postage when you send it back.

Can I exchange for a different size instead of returning?

We're no longer able to process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, style or colour, please place a new order on the website for the correct item, and return your original item within 28 days for a refund. Delivery costs on the original order aren't refundable.

I bought these as a Christmas gift and the size is wrong - what do I do?

What does "whole piece sheepskin" mean, and why does it matter?

It means the wool interior and suede exterior come from a single natural sheepskin, rather than a suede shell with a separate glued-in lining. This gives better breathability, more natural warmth, and greater durability than mittens or gloves made with an artificial lining.

Will sheepskin mittens or gloves help with cold hands, poor circulation or Raynaud's?

Many customers with Raynaud's, arthritis stiffness, poor circulation or generally cold hands find sheepskin especially comfortable, because the natural wool traps warm air and stays insulating even in low temperatures.

Can I wear hand warmers inside sheepskin mittens?

Yes, both disposable and electric rechargeable hand warmers work well inside our sheepskin mittens. If you plan to use one, size up and include the hand warmer in your palm circumference measurement so the fit stays comfortable.

Do sheepskin mittens and gloves stretch or break in over time?

Yes. Sheepskin naturally softens with wear and gradually moulds to your hands. They may feel snug for the first few wears before relaxing into a comfortable, custom fit - this is normal and expected, not a sign of the wrong size.

Do you make matching mittens and gloves for men, women and children?

Yes. We make matching styles across our ladies, men's and children's ranges, so you can find coordinating sizes for the whole family.

How do I care for sheepskin mittens and gloves?

If they get lightly wet, let them dry naturally at room temperature - never use direct heat. A soft suede brush helps keep the exterior looking its best. Because they're self-lined with natural wool, no separate lining care is needed, and the interior stays soft with normal use.

How long does delivery take?

Stock items, including most mittens and gloves, are dispatched within 24 hours. Free UK Express shipping is available using Royal Mail Tracked 24 for fast UK delivery. International orders are charged at checkout based on destination.
