Everything you need to choose the right size and get the most out of your Nursey Sheepskin mittens and gloves.

How do I find the right mitten or glove size?

Measure the circumference around your dominant hand, just below the knuckles, excluding your thumb. Compare that measurement to the sizing table on the product page for the style you're ordering - sizing varies slightly between our ladies, men's and children's ranges, so always check the table on the specific product you're buying rather than a different style.

What if my mittens or gloves are too big or too small when they arrive?

If a size isn't right, you can return the item for a refund within 28 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn and has any labels still attached. Include your order number or proof of purchase with the return. We recommend getting proof of postage when you send it back.

Can I exchange for a different size instead of returning?

We're no longer able to process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, style or colour, please place a new order on the website for the correct item, and return your original item within 28 days for a refund. Delivery costs on the original order aren't refundable.

I bought these as a Christmas gift and the size is wrong - what do I do?

What does "whole piece sheepskin" mean, and why does it matter?

In genuine double-faced sheepskin, the wool remains attached to the skin, giving a natural wool interior and a suede or leather exterior. This differs from leather gloves with a separate wool or cashmere lining. Check each product description for its construction: not every style in a mixed collection is made in the same way.

Will sheepskin mittens or gloves help with cold hands, poor circulation or Raynaud's?

Sheepskin provides insulation to help keep hands warm, but gloves and mittens are not a treatment for Raynaud's or poor circulation. If you experience persistent numbness, pain or colour changes in your fingers, seek advice from a healthcare professional.

Can I wear hand warmers inside sheepskin mittens?

Check the hand warmer manufacturer's instructions before use: not every warmer is suitable for enclosed spaces or direct skin contact. Do not squeeze a warmer into a tight mitten or assume that a rechargeable device is safe to use inside one. Choose a comfortable fit and follow the warmer's safety guidance.

Do sheepskin mittens and gloves stretch or break in over time?

Sheepskin can soften with wear, but do not rely on stretching to correct a pair that is too small. Your fingers and thumb should move comfortably, without pressure, restricted movement or numbness. Check the product's size chart and contact us if you are unsure.

Do you make matching mittens and gloves for men, women and children?

We offer styles across our ladies, men's and children's ranges. Compare the available colours, materials and sizes on each product page to find a coordinating combination; manufacture and construction vary by style.

How do I care for sheepskin mittens and gloves?

Follow the care instructions for your particular style and finish. If sheepskin gets lightly wet, let it dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat. Which wool gloves are warmest?

There is no single answer based on the fibre name alone. Compare the amount of insulation, the outer layer, fit, cuff coverage and intended conditions.
