Delivery
Whilst we hold stock of most products including mittens, hats, gloves and other accessories, slippers are mostly made to order so can take up to 10 days for delivery during our busiest periods. Where products are in stock, these are despatched within 24 hours.
- Most of our slippers are handmade to order so please be advised deliveries may take up to 5 days during busy periods.
- We hold stock of all products (including a limited range of slippers) and these are despatched within 24 hours.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING is available on all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24. We are not using Evri at present.
- Subscribers to our newsletter get Free UK Express Shipping.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 With Signature costs £6.95. A tracking code will be sent to you and a signature is required on delivery.
- International deliveries incur a charge quoted at the time of order.
- You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and another when your order is being prepared for despatch. Please check spam and junk folders.
- Details of any postal tracking codes will also be provided via email if applicable.

Our workshop is now open again after our well deserved Christmas break. Any outstanding orders, returns or exchanges are now being processed.
If you have received a Nurseys Christmas gift in one of our red drawstring Christmas bags with tags, and you need a different size or colour, please email sales@nurseysheepskin.co.uk and we will do our best to find you an alternative.
Unsuitable gifts will need to be returned to us by Saturday 17th January 2026 for an exchange.
