Whilst we hold stock of most products including mittens, hats, gloves and other accessories, slippers are mostly made to order so can take up to 10 days for delivery during our busiest periods. Where products are in stock, these are despatched within 24 hours.

• EXPRESS SHIPPING is available on all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Evri Next Day.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 4pm® costs £10.95. A tracking code will be sent to you and a signature is required on delivery.
• International deliveries incur a charge quoted at the time of order.
• You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and another when your order is being prepared for despatch. Please check spam and junk folders.

Christmas

• Every year, our workshop closes for a well deserved Christmas break and reopens just after New Years. Any outstanding orders, returns or exchanges are processed when we return.
