Delivery
Whilst we hold stock of most products including mittens, hats, gloves and other accessories, slippers are mostly made to order so can take up to 10 days for delivery during our busiest periods. Where products are in stock, these are despatched within 24 hours.

- Every year, our workshop closes for a well deserved Christmas break and reopens just after New Years. Any outstanding orders, returns or exchanges are processed when we return.
