Whilst we hold stock of most products including mittens, hats, gloves and other accessories, slippers are mostly made to order so can take up to 10 days for delivery during our busiest periods. Where products are in stock, these are despatched within 24 hours.

• Free Standard Shipping available on all UK orders. We may use Royal Mail 2nd Class or another courier like Evri.
• UK Orders under £130 can sent out by Royal Mail First Class post or an alternative courier like Evri for £4.95.
• UK Orders over £130 will incur a £7.95 delivery charge if you would like it sent by Royal Mail First Class post or an alternative courier like Evri.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery costs £10.95. A tracking code will be sent to you and a signature is required on delivery.
• International deliveries incur a charge quoted at the time of order.
• You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and another when your order has been dispatched.
• Details of any postal tracking codes will also be provided via email if applicable.

Christmas 2023

• Every year, our workshop closes for a well deserved Christmas break and reopens just after New Years. Any outstanding orders, returns or exchanges are processed when we return.
